LE VILLAGE ROYAL

Clara joined the Inwood adventure over a year ago. Our Inwood Lover is an HR assistant. In this article, she shares with us her latest favorite outing, Le Village Royal.

Clara recommends The Royal Village, a village in the heart of Paris

Le Village Royal, a trendy place, is located in the 8th arrondissement, a few steps away from the rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré. In this chic place, you will discover the most famous Parisian addresses: Dior, Chanel or Anne Fontaine. Le Village Royal invites you to a glamorous rendez-vous to find unique pieces or just to stroll in front of the beautiful boutiques. The particularity of this passage is its roof composed of 800 colourful umbrellas, a work of art created by Patricia Cunha: it is a work of art you will definitely not tire to admire!

Clara, who is still dreaming, tells us about the discovery she made with the Inwood team: "I heard about it and had seen photos on the social media, but I was really surprised by the beauty of the place. We had been there in the late morning when the shops had only just opened. So there weren't many people there and it was very nice to be able to walk around. We're in the heart of Paris, in one of the liveliest areas of the capital, but when you cross the doorstep, you feel like you're cut off from the world."

"It's nice to go there to relax or take a little shopping break!"

Clara describes Le Village Royal as "a very calm, open-air and refined place where you can find the great names of French haute couture". Our Inwood Lover advises you to make the most of your visit: "you should go there during the week and at the end of the morning to avoid the world: preferably in spring when the weather is fine and the temperatures are mild. As the place is not covered, it is more pleasant to walk there when the weather is nice. »

Clara confides in us her admiration for the work of art that makes up this magical place: "during our visit, the street was adorned with pink umbrellas, a wow effect guaranteed!”

Go and discover this unique place where you will be amazed like our Inwood Lover!
